About Us

Write Way to Happiness was born out of the manic desire to “write ourselves happy”.

We are two best friends who share a diagnosis of depression as well as passions for reading, writing, and trying new things. While hanging out together has become pretty limited due to moving several states apart, we’d like to think of this blog as our virtual hangout – a space where we can create and share the things that are working to make our lives happier, the struggles that we have to trudge through, and the stories and experiences that shape ourselves as well as our friendship. We’ll share our favorite things – books, recipes, new hobbies, and more -, and hopefully you’ll find a little happiness, too, along the way.
